Lawyer Sues Kanu Nwankwo One Billion Naira over Malicious Procecution.

A lawyer and business man by the name of Ayoola Gam-Ikon urged a Lagos high court in Lagos to order the former super eagles captain to pay him the sum One billion Naira following what he termed his malicious prosecution by the police.

Gam-Ikon, claimed he was on March 5, 2013 arraigned on 19 counts of fraud by the police following a complaint against him by Papilo (Kanu)

Gam-Ikon, claims to have lost valuable time and years of his prime life facing trial, and has urged the court to award N1bn damages against the former Arsenal attacker.
